1. Definitions
“The platform” means the Mawashi Masr website. “Buyer” means any person or entity that uses the platform to buy or reserve livestock. “Farm” means an approved seller on the platform.
2. Prices and taxes
Livestock is exempt from VAT in Egypt, so the prices shown are final with no added taxes. Prices are in Egyptian pounds and are shown in US dollars for reference only, at the live Central Bank of Egypt exchange rate.
3. Payment
We accept credit cards, mobile wallets, bank transfers, or cash on delivery. An order is confirmed once payment is received (except for cash on delivery).
4. Platform obligations
We guarantee that the information listed for an animal (breed, weight, age, vaccinations) is accurate and matches what is delivered. If there is a difference, the returns policy applies.
5. Buyer obligations
The buyer agrees to pay the agreed amount when placing the order. For cash on delivery, the buyer agrees to receive the animal and pay at the scheduled time. Delays lead to cancellation of the order.
6. Privacy
We store buyer data securely and do not share it with any third party except where required by law. More details are in the privacy policy.
7. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Any change will appear on this page with the date of the last update.
